কৣ The Logis Troglo কৣ

Come live an original experience. You will stay in an 18th century house, nestled in a troglodyte enclosure: the house is on two levels (facade in tufa rubble, other walls in the rock), completely renovated to offer you the softness of a constant temperature brought by the rock so appreciated by older generations, and the comfort of our time. Your cottage consists of a living room (fireplace, sofas, bar), an open kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, induction cooking, oven, etc.) opening onto the dining room, a linen room. Upstairs accessible from an oak staircase, two bedrooms, a bathroom and toilets. Above the roof, the vines!

You benefit from a terrace which opens onto a private garden of 300m² in a space of 600m² sheltered from the wind. At your disposal to enjoy the outdoors, garden furniture and barbecue. Parking your vehicles in this enclosed space. The five attached troglodyte caves are not accessible to the public or to residents.

কৣ The gite of the Royal Hall কৣ

This tufa house is an old outbuilding of the wine estate. It overlooks the entrance to troglodyte caves. On the garden level, the main space is arranged with a kitchen open to the dining area overlooking the living room.

Traditional fireplace with a royal feel, the entrance provides access to the master suite (bedroom + bathroom). The mezzanine, where 2 Louis Philippe single beds take place, is accessible by a spiral staircase. To enjoy the outdoors, you have access to the private terrace of your cottage, equipped with a barbecue.

কৣ The cottage of the Longère কৣ

Included in the farmhouse of the Clos de la Croix-Verte estate, you access it through the leaf door of the main hall. Entrance is through the kitchen area open to the dining room and the lounge area. To come as a duo or with your young children, this comfortable one-bedroom apartment has a sofa that converts into a double bed. On the same level the bedroom, the bathroom with walk-in shower and the toilet. You have two reserves, one of which accommodates household appliances (freezer-refrigerator, washing machine, etc.).

You have a view of the vineyards from the terrace.
